Options to improve the opioid dependence treatment system

AMA Queensland provided feedback on Queensland Health’s consultation paper identifying options to improve the Queensland opioid dependence treatment (ODT) system. The submission was based on input from AMA Queensland members, including psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists and general practitioners and sets out a wide range of views about options to improve patient access to ODT.
