AMA Queensland provides daily assistance to Residents and Registrars on a wide rage of industrial and professional matters.

AMA Queensland staff can assist members in the following way:

Award, MOCA#1 and Queensland Health policy (IRM) advice
Interpretation of relevant medical and industrial legislation
Assistance with matters relating to payroll and wages payments (backpayments), leave applications, rostering queries and safe hours of work
Representation in formal jurisdictions

AMA Queensland co-ordinates a committee that meets regularly to discuss and act upon issues affecting residents and registrars, whether that be on a hospital, state or national basis.
