The Australian Medical Association of Queensland is the State's peak medical body representing more than 5,670 doctors, from residents and registrars through to public and private specialists and general practitioners. 

AMA Queensland assists members through the secretariat who specialise in workplace relations, media and public relations, lobbying campaigns and policy development for the betterment of the medical profession.
